Made an appointment and unfortunately I sat down twice a whole afternoon, but nobody showed up. Also had no phone call that it would not work. Called myself for the 3rd time at 5.30pm when they would come but then I was told they are very busy. This company is so busy that they deal with new customers that way, so I wish them the best of luck and will call another plumber who will honor their agreements to fix my leak.
