This is the first time in my life that I've been handing out a single star, but it's really well deserved here. A small job had to be done with us, for which I made an appointment and took time off. The mechanic would come between 8 and 12 (nice and wide period but anyway), no mechanic came. Then I call CV & heat pump bv and I am informed that the mechanic has burned his hand and therefore will not come. (So ​​they didn't call me by themselves). I made a new appointment and took time off again. This time the mechanic would come at 8:00 AM. At 9:30 am still no mechanic. I contacted again and this time the mechanic would send the work order? do not have and therefore no longer come. We have now reached number 3 by appointment, and I am angry enough to post this review. I do not recommend going into the sea with a CV & heat pump.

Had a new heat pump installed with underfloor heating by CVW last month! Wim Vervoorn is very skilled and always has the right solution! I am very satisfied that I give 5 stars! Thanks CVW 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
