Extremely bad service. Anatefka fixed my roof three times within 3 months, in the summer of 2017, and every time the leak was only getting worse. In the end, they refused to compensate for the damage, so I have to take them to court. Insurance company sent their independent expert who confirmed that Anatefka did a very poor job on the roof, with many mistakes. Would never contract their services again, and i definitely do NOT recommend them to anyone.

Do not respond to repeated phone calls. Do not give a guarantee if you do not think that is important, do not work with them. Roof lead has been replaced with adhesive lead and not properly secured, so that the lead is now in the gutter. Still waiting for a call, oh they don't keep the appointment to come and see. Without any explanation or cancellation

Have epdm laid on flat roof in 2015. Promised warranty period: 20 years. Unfortunately, the outside is not properly glued, so that water runs into the top of the walls. Edges around the skylights are made awkward, causing water to run through the seams and release the glued pieces. Result: leakage at 6 places. After 5 years. Provisional kitten helps for a while, but this could have been avoided if the roof had been professionally laid. Recently made an appointment twice, and do not show up both times. So I gave up. In the meantime I have had a professional epdm layer and a befriended epdm representative look at the roof. They were shocked by the work. Unfortunately, I will have to write off the few thousand euros and have it done again. My advice: take a good look at who is behind the reviews, and do not just rely on the offered price and warranty period.

Was always satisfied. Not anymore, two years in a row trying to get my chimney swept (as a good customer). Appointment by appointment will not be achieved. At the last minute cancellations are made and I have often taken hours for nothing. I know that they help other customers enormously with professionalism, but I no longer feel like a 'king'.

Ben is a very nice professional! 35 years of experience and it shows in everything. He first looked at whether it was necessary to replace the entire roof, that turned out not to be the case. So in the end only replaced half, nice quick quotation and top work delivered, next time again !!
