Van der Valk Hotel Duiven near Arnhem A12

Bad service. Choose this hotel for the facilities, but they did not give information about reservations.. Everything was fully booked. Bad airconditioning. After we complained, the AC cooled the whole room.. There are better hotels in the neighborhood for a better price with better facilities

New building, looks nice. We visited the restaurant, foods was good, portion of vegetarian with gnocchi was too small. Friendly personnel.

Great spot, lots of chargers, nicely varied menu and all new and fresh.

Good hotel to stay. Nice rooms, very helpful personal. The pool and sauna is very good.

Excellent service provided by the staff as well as a fantastic on-site restaurant and a great spa on the top floor. Good air conditioning was a godsend during 40°C temperatures outside. Unfortunately the jacuzzi bathtub was not working in our room at the time. It is also very noisy if your room faces the highway and you want to leave the door ajar.
