Understand the restrictions and difficulties during this complicated time. But why can other hardware stores handle this well and the Praxis in Huissen not? You pay for things, you cannot pick them up when you need them and are then addressed harshly if you were not there at a certain time and you cannot choose when you will come. Do you no longer need the stuff? Then you cannot leave them in the store. Next time to the Gamma again.

They do their best in these rotten times, a pity that you have to spend a certain amount to be able to pick it up.
