This is an extremely poor dentist who does not care about their patients. Official complaints submitted to relevant authorities. I don't recommend being a patient here! They don't even earn 1 star !!!

Very knowledgeable if the planning goes well, chaotic if the planning does not go well. The SMS system is beautiful, but is almost always sent too late and / or vital information is missing. During the year my mother's appointment has been canceled 5 times by the dentist. In addition, they did not provide me with the correct location for a telephone appointment, which meant that I was late. To sprinkle more salt into the wound, they still have the guts to tell me that I will be fined if I come too late, because their time is apparently "more expensive" than we patients. Forget it, I'll go to a different dentist if I have to deal with this.

Very inexpert and do nothing. Treatments are very painful and often not performed properly. I have had 2 holes in my mouth for years now because I was suffering so much pain from the treatments that I begged them to make the molars (it was still at a young age) AND THEY JUST DO THIS! They also just sharpened my teeth so that it 'looked right'. By not treating the teeth properly you must come back soon after a treatment because an inflammation has occurred. My family and I have always faithfully gone to Oei, now I haven't gone for a while because I don't dare anymore. Oei has destroyed my teeth and that will cost a lot of money at a new dentist to get a nice and clean teeth someday.

As a child with 5 or 6 men pressed against the chair to have a milk tooth pulled at this dentist. This was with an older Chinese man. His wife was also nice and patient. In pure panic, I bit the dentist in the finger on which he said; late but nevertheless falls out by itself. It took me 14 years to dare to take the step to another dentist again.
