Fire: money caught but nothing done for my business. Made a mess of my file, didn't put the facts together at all, didn't keep me informed, curt and unfriendly. Because of him I lost a case that I could have won if he had done his best. I have to bear the consequences now because he screwed up.

Had to deal with Mr. van Buggenum, the best man is biased and has not helped me at all. First impression also very badly walked into an office with loose files everywhere etc. Furthermore, very negligent to have to call himself regularly instead of calling me about the state of affairs. So my tip is that you need a lawyer and they serve you Mr van Buggenum as with me, do not agree and look for another lawyer.
