One of the worst real estate agents that we have experienced. Upon seeing a home that the agency was offered by this broker was busier with his cell phone than us. In the end we made an offer and never heard anything again. Strange!!! No counter offer ... no rejection ... NIKS !!! After repeatedly calling after it, we decided to let the house go. Fortunately we still found our dream home !!! Normally I don't want to mention names ... but it was a house on the Winterdijk in Huissen. Hopefully you can see at the office who this fool has been and take action !!! We will never buy / sell at this broker !!! TIP: Do not choose this broker for selling. There are more complaints than positive aspects. Don't fall for it! One star is too much ...
If you are friends with them, Zaat brokerage is a good broker. Everything must go according to the procedure except if you are a friend of Pepijn. Houses at the gravity camp in Huissen must all be sold by bid and if you then get who gets the house, it is an acquaintance of Pepijn, in addition, houses are also sold privately without being let onto the market while other houses cannot. If you ask for an explanation, you will receive an answer from Pepijn Bisseling.
