We were happy to rent an apartment from a friendly owner. Lisette Pouwer acted for the owner and arranged the contracts for him. I now understand why all the positive reviews she gets are from homeowners and not renters. At the end of our rental period, we made agreements about taking over some furniture. This with the agreement of the owner of the apartment. Besides the fact that she draws her own conclusions without showing interest in the actual course of events, she is very unfriendly to us. (See, among other things, the response to my review below) In addition, we found out during the rental period that we have wrongly paid brokerage costs. According to the law, the guidelines of the NVM and the government, she should not have done this because she is already being paid from the owner. I asked her to return this wrongly paid, but you already understand: no response from Lisette. She always has a big smile but if you ask her something nothing will come. Not recommended.

Lisette is een makelaar die begrijpt welke emoties er komen kijken bij het kopen en verkopen van een huis. Ze heeft absoluut haar toegevoegde waarde door haar vakkennis en haar grondige voorbereiding. Haar hulp bij het inschatten van de biedingsprijs heeft ertoe geleid snel succes hadden bij onze aankoop. De kijkers die zij voor ons heeft ontvangen voor de verkoop van ons huis waren ook zeer lovend over haar. Ze is een fijn mens om mee samen te werken. Kortom een absolute aanrader!
