Our dormer window was installed by WBB in October and we are very happy with it! The professionals worked hard and one morning the dormer was finished. Our attic room is now a very beautiful space. It also looks very sleek from the outside; the dormer window is entirely in anthracite, so that the whole fits nicely against the roof tiles. Luxurious appearance! The contact with Marco and his colleagues was also very pleasant. There was good thought and advice.

2 months ago we placed a dormer window. We are very satisfied !! Good service, contact both in preparation and during places very good and neat! I asked if she wanted to put extra stuff in with the tap. Was no problem. I would definitely recommend them thanks again !!

Our dormer window was neatly installed according to schedule in October. Everything is tailor-made and therefore all our wishes were possible. The quality is top and that also applies to the staff; both in the office and the technicians. Fortunately, WBB dormers know what good service means. Thanks!

After a pleasant and clear intake, our wishes for the dormer window have been properly processed. In the end, the dormer window was installed fine this week according to the schedule. The attic was left tidy. Communication went fine. As a very positive point, thinking along in adapting the roof construction and finishing.

Definitely not recommended. When you buy a dormer, everything is possible, daily contact by phone or email. If there are problems, you need to take a long breath and keep going after it yourself. During installation it was more important to be home on time than to deliver quality. The lead substitute was not properly glued in several places, resulting in leakage. In addition, the windows were badly sealed and you can solve that yourself as a customer. Poor quality in finish or after-sales service. Update on company response: This is exactly the way of communicating with complaints, it really depends on the customer. Let's say that the solution was certainly not to the satisfaction of the customer. And the "fee" is simply another company's account. As a customer, I can arrange everything myself.
