Although very small, there is a good range and customers know how to find their way. But how long will that take with such a manager? I bought a sheet, but after opening the package at home I discovered that it was not a fitted sheet. You can return it to any other store, but Ms refused, because the packaging was open. Of course it was open, otherwise I could not see that it was the wrong article. Her argument was that the article had to be sold again. My report, that I had bought two other sheets via the Hema website, did not help. It may be stricter rules, but it is not customer-friendly. I went to any other Hema branch and there the manager of Rokkeveen can learn a lesson about customer friendliness. I told them what was going on and that the package was open. "No problem, sir, we will do that for you, you will get your money back". The manager of Rokkeveen will not get much further than this small branch with her customer approach.
