Jock from an Audio business staff unprofessional with arrogant attitude and approach to the customers inexperienced especially sales (smearing) and demonstration of their equipment, had the honor to get a demo at this business last week from a source (streamer) made an appointment with Mr. Vincent van Nimwegen before indicated that I work with traditional Dome tweeter and everything balanced, he arrives with Electrostatic speaker and RCA cables on, then he goes a step further to apply more expensive model to me Streamer with CD Transport while I am completely there not to asked him, I did want to get an adequate impression of the Streamer in question but due to his incompetence traffic setup never got it. Cold shower for this business.You'd better buy your things elsewhere where you respect you, listen to your wishes, don't waste unnecessary stuff and be professional.

When you walk in, the store already exudes a certain class with the large characteristic windows, so that as a passer-by you cannot help but look inside at all the beauty that is displayed in the store. Warmly greeted upon entry and are not pushy as is often the case in other stores. They take the time for you and your personal wishes and as a customer you really feel heard. If you have any doubts, no problem. I visited the store several times before I made the purchase and each time they spoke to me with all the patience in the world and not once did they try to push me. At home they eventually installed everything perfectly for me and I have not regretted it, just the feeling that I should have done this much earlier. Nothing but praise for these men, very good and friendly from start to finish!
