I came to collect an online order. Not taken into account in my rating but good to know: Due to Corona they only let 1 customer in per employee which means you need to wait outside. Once inside I had to wait another 20 minutes for an employee that was "qualified" to hand me my order. This did not make any sense to me. Collecting my order took another 15 minutes. I assume that for a digital illiterate elderly it's nice that they take so much time for their customers but for me it was a very inefficient experience which could have been done in a few minutes. Next time I'll have my order delivered at home again.

Never use Amac service! They overcharged me for battery replacement, broke my screen, and offered me to fix it for a charge.

Something went wrong... It went with the name of my son... I'm repeating the review,this time under my name: Amazing service. I bought there some articles. When I had problems that my iPhone provider could not solve in a reasonable time (10 days!) they just solved it in 10 minutes! I'm a writer with more than 20 publications in 3 languages so I need my gear working... Today I went to ask support for my MacPro which had some problems. The young lady, took more than 25 minutes to check everything and cleaned it up. I live in the USA several months a year, AMAC Leiden makes me remember the great service I receive everytime I'm at the Apple Store in 5th Ave.N.Y. THANKS...you are great !! :-) Nuria

Waited 20 minutes to be served only to have someone push in front of me and be served first.....poor customer service.
