I look at the other reviews and can not believe that the customer friendliness is touted in almost all reviews. I've been there a number of times now and every time I stand there with a cringe on how incredibly blunt and not customer friendly they are. 1.5 years ago I wanted to have a bench built in. When I got there I was first ignored for fifteen minutes and later when I picked up the bus they had put the bench on the wrong side while this was discussed in detail. No sorry or anything at all and even then super blunt and curt. Ok may happen once I thought, and now I was there again asking for something. If the mechanic in question would be so kind as to take a look at my bus, NO was the only answer! After a bit of questioning he went along with a sigh. In the meantime, a few thousand euros have already been spent there, you should expect something from service, I think. I would not recommend anyone to go there and they will certainly never see me again! What a K @ # $% ^ & company!
