Does a visit for a business well. Not very enthusiastic sir but he would come up with a proposal. Then let nothing be heard from him, never call back, tell potential buyer that he knows nothing and let months know that he doesn't feel like doing the job. Sends an invoice, but for what? How do you have the guts? A bunch of flowers and apologies would have been better in place. Fortunately I found a better real estate agent who does not have appointments, but because of Boelens Jorritsma it is months behind. In short: a good idea.
