Typical MediaMarkt, prices are nice, shop is spacious, customer service at its finest

I used to like buying stuff from Media Markt, but unfortunately my family and I encountered some discrimination the other day. I went with my father to Media Markt Dordrecht to try and buy a printer. While waiting patiently in line to speak with their representative named Glenn for assistance, he kept letting other people cut in front of us. He even told me he'd assist us in 5 minutes as soon as he was finished with his next customer, but time and time again he'd find another new person to help besides us when he was done. I think its because we don't look Dutch and are foreigners, and I felt very discriminated against. I am mixed in race and my father has a darker skin color because we are Pacific Islanders. Little did he know that I am actually half Dutch. My Mother, who is Dutch and looks the part (blonde hair with blue eyes), was wondering why we were taking so long, so she came to see if it would be different if she asked him for help instead of us. And as soon as my mother approached him, he all of a sudden gave her his attention and was willing to help, because he didn't know she was with us. When he found out we were together and that she was mad that he refused to help us, he ran away and sent his colleague to assist us instead. We received no apology. We still bought your printer nonetheless and have always been good customers. But we will now buy from another store where we feel welcome. This is very unprofessional, and I suggest you hire employees who don't discriminate against foreigners.
