In my opinion, very unprofessional staff. Have no knowledge of the e-bike, on the site stands for brands, but they have completely demolished my A brand bike. I came for years with various bikes and for car stuff, I also bought a dog bike basket (is cheaper online, but then you support something local I thought then). Now I have been there last November for my rear brakes, this one no longer worked. Got a loan bike and later my bike, had to pay for major maintenance and suddenly had new brake pads, which I myself had replaced a month earlier. But I thought it would, but after less than a month of cycling I was unable to brake again. Due to the busy December month, I waited until January, when even the adjusting screw no longer worked. I brought the bike, they no longer had an e-bike, so I had it picked up. At the end of the day I was suddenly called, yes the brakes are completely broken, on which I also said how is that suddenly in November there is still major maintenance done and there was nothing, you must have seen that. But sir said this was not true. My sister went to the store, where they admitted that they had seen wear and tear, but they had not said anything, because they could still come along. I could have had an accident because she suddenly stopped. After consultation I would pay the part and get a discount on assembly, I thought back then, there was still no loan e-bike but it was Friday and would be ready Tuesday. I heard nothing on Tuesday, my sister called again, yes the part had not arrived on Monday, not that they would just call. The bike was only then finished on Thursday !! When I came to get it from my sister on Friday, I was shocked, they had not put the NEW brake cables neatly through the frame as it was, but simply attached it to the frame and around my saddle with tyrips. My sister went back for me for this, and after a lot of pain and effort, we had half the amount paid back. The man had also blamed it, but to go to the store where I bought it, and such a bicycle is only welcome with a flat tire. So know what you are starting when you step in here. Is my opinion, but take advantage of it. And my rear brakes still don't work, now have them checked elsewhere.
