Because I have been suffering from an injury for years, I wanted targeted help and training to become stronger and reduce pain. Nick listens carefully to my goals and has developed appropriate personal training. During the training, Nick is very active in learning exercises well and he motivates in a very calm but certainly challenging way to search and push my limits. After just a few weeks, my pain is much less and I feel more confident in the training. Where it is more difficult, Nick listens and looks for suitable alternatives that will certainly help me move forward. I wish many a training program with Nick, because it makes you stronger.

Very well trained with Nick, and not unimportantly with results. I have lost many inches and have become noticeably stronger. Nick clearly knows what he is doing and knows how to motivate you well.
