If you're looking for flexibility stay away from this place. There is a big joining fee and you'll find out that you can't pause or cancel your subscription without a warning of one month in advance. You'll hear about this fact only when you try to pause/cancel, they point you to the tiny dutch characters in the contract. The coaches are great but the managing team (Mirjan) is greedy and shortsighted.

If you are new, you need some introductory lessons. And that also immediately shows the quality of this crossfit. No egos, but athletes. Here I will keep working out for a long time!
