Nice atmosphere. Super nice coaches! I would like to give an update after a year and 4 months of training. Thanks to Isabel from personal fitness Netherlands in Naaldwijk, I reached my goal and am 23 kg lighter. Together with her I have less stress and I started to watch my diet, so that I feel good about myself and feel fit. Of course also because of the extra open training sessions with the other coaches. Super thanks. I enjoy training with the coaches so much and in small groups (now with Corona via zoom) that I spent another year on it. Because it is different from other gyms. And I feel good! Thanks again Isabel!

Very different from a normal gym or personal trainer, I also work on my personal goals here. I have learned how to cope better with stress and feel better overall. I am 15 kilos lighter, but especially the mental part has changed my life in a positive way! I heartily recommend it to everyone! Take the first step!
