The staff is absolutely indifferent. I wanted to cancel my membership to leave the country. They did not accept in any way. I asked for a refund. They turned it down very hard. Definitely don't go

Always I have a problem with automatic pay , this is not good , and I have letter from incaso ( this is not first time ) and when I show this letter they said me “Yoh was withdrawing from the bank” hahaahah never I not make this . They didn’t withdraw from my bank account. Terrible and big problem 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Account cancelled one year ago (on time, paid all fees), these criminals are still harassing me and trying to illegally collect money - I’ve blocked their addresses, and now I am being harassed by a fake collection agency. STAY AWAY, I can’t believe this is happening in Holland, after hundreds of calls I will now be going to the police.
