We placed an order a week ago and the delivery has still not been performed. Despite explaining multiple times over emails that there has been no delivery nor note in our mailbox, Fitwinkel is not helping in solving the issue. We have bought an expensive loopband and were expecting a much better service. So far, we do not recommend this website.

Update: After this review, I still received a response to my Whatsapp message with an apology and an explanation that the WA channel is temporarily no longer answered due to crowds. And as a saving grace also a discount code. Have already ordered the ladder elsewhere, but now instead of 1 star 3 stars because of the service afterwards. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Original: I saw a nice trampoline ladder for € 22.50, exactly the amount with which you would get free shipping. Unfortunately, the webshop still indicates € 4.99 shipping costs every time. So on January 31, I asked the question how this could be done via the Whatsapp contact channel. To date (Feb 13, 2021) no response yet. So firstly, errors on the site and billing, and secondly, bad communication. I am going to order from another party!

The store is closed but online ordering and collection is possible. If something is sold out according to the website, just call! Stocks are large. After an appointment you will be helped quickly and neatly. Nice company !!

Customer friendliness is hard to find. Bought a set of dumbells a few months ago, one of which was unsound and broke after a few uses during my workout. Didn't want to do anything about it or give money back or something. Would be my own fault that it broke. I would have thrown it according to the owner. While there are only some scratches and no dents or anything. Fair is fair, Today is 11/14/2020. I wrote my review last week. After I disagreed with the owner in the store. To my surprise, I received a very nice email from him. With his apologies for something we both misunderstood. He went to great lengths to do this because he had no data from me. And yet he took the trouble to send me the email. I think this is the pinnacle of customer service. So here at this point I want to revise my opinion. Paul you get the 5 stars from me. Thanks again.
