During our personal conversation, lawyer Erkens (acting as an 'independent' referee) pretended to be very charming, understanding, nice and supportive and said at least 5 times that the behavior of the third party (who I still want to take to court) could be 'and he noted that it would be' structural misconduct 'towards me, and not just one incident. Attorney Erkens has taken 6 months (!) To write the binding advice (although I have said politely that I am not in a hurry because he indicated that there are other matters that are urgent). The binding advice of 6 A4 pages has been written carelessly and has cost my legal expenses insurance more than 1300, -. I recorded the conversation in which Mr. Erkens presented himself in a kind and understanding manner, which is permitted by law (as long as I am a participant in the conversation and do not let others hear the conversation). Mr Erkens's binding advice is 180 degrees different from what he said to me during the conversation. He said firmly a few times that the actions of the other party 'really couldn't be done' and so on. If Mr Erkens had kept his binding advice purely legal, I would have understood that. By this I mean: explain clearly that according to him (in accordance with the position of the legal expenses insurance) the case is not legally feasible. What does lawyer Erkens do, however: he not only takes sides for the insurance, but also stands on the side of the other party for 95% and thus deliberately gives me kicks. He supports and confirms the other party in its inhumane way of working, in which a minority group that is already struggling is systematically stigmatized and destroyed. This brings me to the following thought: King Willem-Alexander said during the last war commemoration: "only the rule of law offers protection against arbitrariness and madness". In fact, this sentence contains the most important facet of our existence on this planet. Thanks to the rule of law, I can write these reviews without getting "home visits" and being arrested. The rule of law protects people from each other and is without a doubt the greatest asset we have on this planet. Without the protection of the rule of law, exactly what happened in the 1930s and 1940s would happen. However, the rule of law must be further strengthened. One of the questions is: how can the rule of law better protect children from parents without abandoning the values ​​of the rule of law? So without exerting invalidating power on people? I wrote the previous 5 star review in response to Erkens' false charm, when I had not yet read his binding advice. Is Charm Ever Genuine? This is what I wonder as I write this. Yes, charm can also come from the soul, be sincerely displayed. Although charm is by definition a display, charm can be accompanied by genuine sympathy / compassion. I thought Erkens would really understand me (again, the conversation has been recorded) and I wanted to show my appreciation for that, from person to person. However, Mr. Erkens has behaved extremely inhumanly and shamelessly by acting alone, and made my situation even worse with his falsehood.
