This is a very bad broker, there is no business to do, bid on a house made what we really wanted. After submitting the offer, do not contact this broker, everything goes through the operator. After a lot of calling and waiting for 9 days. You get a call from the operator that the purchase is canceled. We find that outright anti-social. That you, as a broker, cannot call or answer your own mobile phone.

Requested a viewing 13 days ago, contacted myself a week later but still no appointment. The seller just pays for this .. Sorry, apparently they don't want to sell.

I can hardly make an appointment with this office! Since the end of May I have contacted this agency at least 5 times to schedule a viewing. 31 May / 10 Jun / 11 Jun proposal 1 data from them, but did not suit us because it was a Tuesday during working hours - we suggested another day that they were going to check with owners - no answer back / 14 Jun and 21 Jun called - seemed to be on a telephone that said: "I don't know anything about it, the broker will call you back - no answer or phone call. Still no feedback to date. "I" seen, so one cannot get involved with such an office !?

Very below par. You always have to call yourself and almost beg if you can schedule a viewing. Very difficult. You do not really feel like a customer, but more a seller of your own money. During the final viewing someone was called last-minute to give us a 'tour'. Knew almost no answer. Communication afterwards was extremely difficult and we got the idea that our offer was not even presented to the seller. In the end, the home in question was removed from the sale without feedback. We will not engage Van Huisstede for the sale and purchase, and we will certainly not recommend it. Unfortunately, because it seems like a very beautiful and rewarding profession, but not in this case.
