Recently had my home appraised by Boot Makaars. Assignment is well below par and carried out in a professional manner. Broker is not open to consultation in this. Let alone take responsibility for doing bad work. They are hiding behind an agreement that must be signed before the start of the assignment. On the website it is suggested that you always go for a satisfied buyer / seller and that you work honestly and professionally. Unfortunately, this is hardly noticeable in practice.

Have our house appraised through this broker. Countless errors in the valuation report. Is reacted laconically. Never been so unprofessional and unpleasantly helped. People pay a fair amount for a service, then you can expect that this service will be performed correctly. Not recommended if you need a report for serious matters. Fortunately for us, financing for the renovation was not a problem.
