Have the valuation done by Ko. Nice smooth chat but little to no insight. It saves 70,000 euros with another valuation! Very much difference, isn't it? It is a pity to do better next time !! BULK SALE🤷‍♀️ ... Say it ??

Have helped well with the sale of our house. Staff friendly but often (too) busy and not immediately available or deployable with new ideas for the sale of the house. As time goes on, if it takes longer than normal to sell your house, it seems as if the enthusiasm and commitment of the real estate agent also drops a bit. That's too bad. They do have an influential finger in Goes porridge and fun promotions.
