Running Blind Foundation encourages people with visual impairments to go running or Nordic walking accompanied by a buddy. Training is provided by KNAU certified trainers. Currently there are departments in Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Den Bosch and Leiden. In other parts of the country, more departments are being set up. In addition to the sporting nature, socializing and social interaction are an essential characteristic of all departments. Running Blind also very special approach: it is of, by and for people with visual impairments.
