Good Place to buy Electronics in Utrecht as many offers, hassle free after sale support, staff is also cooperative and kind. Stores is quite big and wide variety of electronics available. Parking free for 2 hours in Wall, also surrounded by one more Electronics shop as well as Decathlon, some restaurants, Mac Donald’s, etc
The store is going through a large revamp and it looks like it’s going to be great when it’s finished. Was impressed with the corona measures when I went last week, and I found the staff to be particularly helpful. I find weekend staff in this branch are not always super engaged.
“Orders before 14h are delivered the same day”. This is just an advertisement, does not correspond to reality. If you need fast delivery better go to one of the online shops
Never buy again at this or any MediaMarkt store , just because their empty promises with products and deliveries.
Media markt is generally not known for having the best customer service, but this specific media markt is particularly bad. The personnel, if you manage to find someone to help you, unfriendly and usually don’t know much about the products.
The shop itself is large and has a broad selection of products, but the layout and cleanliness is not good. The shop is currently under construction, which was absolutely needed and it looked very outdated.
