After a bad experience to BE ABLE to make an appointment at Novy for our broken extractor hood, we eventually called Aftereight Leerdam and yes, in no time they had ordered a new motor and came to install it immediately despite snow and slipperiness. good old fashioned service, friendly people !!!!! Have very positive experiences with this store with the advice and purchase of a wireless radio from Denon Home. They thought along well in advice on the correct implementation and sold at a very attractive price. Advertise with a competitive price and then not deliver!
Very nice case a few years ago bought a washing machine elsewhere shock absorbers just after warranty piece. Newly ordered here also got an explanation as to why that broke wrong use of us (you will not receive an explanation at other companies). Half a year later kitchen equipment broke down due to power failure, again good help, some could be repaired with the right people, so we do not live in a disposable society. In the meantime bought several devices here due to friendly staff and good service. And not too expensive.
Today our new washing machine was delivered, brought upstairs and installed with a clear and friendly explanation. Really happy with the service from Afternet!
