Unreasonable personnel, not professional in their work, unable to realistically evaluate houses based on market conditions. Avoid it at any cost!!! waste of money

We engaged Van Herk Schoonhoven as a purchase broker and sales broker. Very pleasant and customer oriented. Good advice and guidance. We are very happy with their guidance and recommend them wholeheartedly. We ourselves hope to stop using their services for the time being, because thanks to them we have now found a wonderful home. But if it starts itching again, we know where to find them.

Great conversations, always answers to your questions, a lot of knowledge of the market. Communication could be better: if people had been in the house, you would not always hear the outcome. Recommended was to let Femke explore the house and give tips for sale. Bart helped me well with his knowledge.
