Everything looks great from outside but once you try the bread.... It's like cheap sponge. You better go to AH for bread where quality maybe is questionable but at least their bread you can slice.... I would expect way more from bakery like this.

Good and honest product and you can taste it. Strong story also that everything is arranged locally. Super sustainable company. From now on I will get my bread from the bakery ..

Excellent quality, always friendly, if something is sold out, there is often an alternative. Have not lived in Hoofddorp for very long, but enjoy coming there.
