Deborah is not only my beautiful and only daughter-in-law but also a great yoga teacher. After years of preparing for her own yoga studio and getting the corresponding papers, she is simply made of elastic !! Nice to see!! She also gives excellent lessons and brings peace to all movements. She gets a big 10 from me !! I will definitely go back to lessons when the heat is over .. wonderful exercise with beautiful music. Recommended! P.s ... Believe me I would have written this too if it hadn't been my daughter-in-law by chance. My friends agree with me and so do their daughters .. dusssss ..... go!

The Adamah Yoga yoga studio is just a very special place. As soon as you enter you experience how wonderfully quiet and relaxed everything is. You really feel right at home! The lessons are then the same. Deborah really was born for this profession. She really teaches in a very pleasant and professional way, without giving you the idea that you can't do anything. Really recommend!

Been looking for a nice yoga school for years. In Adamah Yoga I found what I was looking for. Top classes of Yin Yoga to relax and find peace. But also super nice lessons that have a bit more spice such as Power, Vinyasa, or a combination Yin-Yang. Deborah gives all lessons as professional, she is a winner!

Mense always says that I am not flexible but I found out that it works a lot. It's not woolly. Nice voice. beautiful music and a beautiful theme and the exercises that go with it, she keeps it close to herself and she conveys that.
