Nice to do sports somewhere where I enjoy myself and at the same time achieve good results. I was not motivated enough at my old gym, but because of the group lessons I do now and the pleasant trainers who offer me support, I can say that The Body Company is highly recommended!

I have been training at The Body Company for almost 2 years now with great pleasure. The guidance of Jeroen and Jaap is great. They know what they are talking about in terms of both technology and nutrition. There is a nice atmosphere that makes you enjoy training.

In addition to full personal guidance, this gym is equipped with the best equipment, they use a user-friendly app and the staff know exactly what they are talking about.
