The yoga room is cozy and bright.
The lessons demonstrate professionalism and are always varied with a wonderful meditation at the end. Meditation is regularly accompanied by a natural bird concert from outside.
Greet teaches in a personal, calm and friendly way. The meeting is closed while enjoying a cup of herbal tea. Every week a great opportunity to stretch, stretch and relax 😊
