I was treated quite rude and obstinate by one of their lawyers. I needed legal advice and I am not so familiar with legal terms and verbs, I can of course use incorrect words, because my knowledge on this is practically zero point zero. And was just settled for this and with a lot of attitude there was just telephone harassment ... and personal questions and attacks made to me in connection with my deceased father ... disgusting ... just disgusting ... Harassment towards a potential make a customer and embarrass me because I am a Leek in this kind of business, looking down and just being childish .. update on November 15th 2018 not even the decency to respond ... to a complaint sad just sad ... customer service does not exist at breaches lawyers .. update July 11, 2019. still no response after 7 months, really sad and just right rude.
