Apart from the car nothing is good about them. They have the most awful costumer service i have ever experienced. They only work by automated e-mail responses

Great working operations, just very unfriendly customer service. Greenwheels cs is much better.

I keep seeing this Fetch Electric cars all over again in Amsterdam. As i am looking at their website, it seems like a really good deal...and GREEN as far you can call electric cars green ;-) I haven't try it out myself yet, nor i know someone who did. So, once i know i might update my rating. But in it's short this is what their website says: You can rent the car via the Fetch car sharing app on your smartphone by selecting an available car on the map. This will be held for you for a maximum of 15 minutes to reach the car. You pay from the moment you press the button ‘start use’. - You can rent 24/7 - Reserve a few minutes before you need the car via the Fetch car sharing app - For example, reserving half an hour costs € 3.00. A day costs € 50.00. You never pay more than the reservation block in which your actual used reservation time falls. If you had reserved a day but used 20 minutes you pay € 3.00. - You can pay via Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or through Paylink. In case of unpaid invoices you will not be able to rent a ZOE - The rental rates are pretty much all-in, this means: – Use of the car – Insurance – EV charging. You have free 250 km free for each ride. More kilometers per ride are charged at € 0.25. In case of damage, there is a non waivable excess / own risk of € 500.00 per damage event. - Besides the 10 euro registration fee (for which you get 30 minutes free driving credit, worth € 9,00) there is no parking fee, no insurance costs and no charging costs. But they will charge you for fines and there is an own risk for damages. - Good to know: - If you cancel the paid reservation we will charge you a fee. You can easily save the reservation in your calendar and you will receive a message in your smartphone a quarter of an hour before the reservation expires. - Driving abroad: YES, but only in Belgium, Luxemburg and Germany. Be aware, there are not so many charging points where you can charge with our charging token in Germany or Luxemburg. If you want to know where the charging stations are located, you can download the Travelcard EV app from the App Store or Playstore.

The prices of Fetch are abnormally high compared to the (fortunately) countless alternatives in Amsterdam. Furthermore, they have extremely bad, brutal and unfriendly customer service. In addition, they are not open to the development of their service. Sixt is a lot better and cheaper.

Overtaken by time. Too bad, in the beginning I was pleased with it.
