Poor communication over the phone I was able to get my belongings from my wreck on Saturday 11 am Saturday, just called before we drove there and the lady told me that this was only possible for emergencies on Saturday and especially with the corona virus. Because everyone worked at home. So Monday I called again, the same man on the line was also grumpy that I called again about it. Then you get there a mouth mask on plus for them if the employees who walked past you also wore them. By the way, what many employees were present !!!!!!!!!!!!! I quickly got the relief, but not a cent for the wreck. Well again connected a jump start so that the car could open and also the tailgate.

10/9/2020 Stranded with our camper in Wapenveld. A scraping sound under the hood. NKC engaged this company. A car ambulance within 45 minutes. The driver has assessed the complaint. It turned out to be a loose, hard-to-reach bolt tightened with bare hands so far that we could continue to the local garage to tighten it properly with the right tools. Thanks for the good service.
