Sloppy completion of the bathroom. It was filthy and tiles damaged. In addition, not complete. Only after a few months were they able to install the missing towel hooks, toilet roll and brush holder. The installed shower was also wrong (just hand shower instead of rain shower). After 1.5 months they then send someone to quickly replace the shower head, still no rain shower. Not a party to do business with.

Van Rijn Products has been fantastic for us on several fronts. After our contractor's installer sealed the door in the hinges for the third time, he said this was required for maintenance. For this we would have to pay his last visit. We then contacted the company van Rijn Products to find out whether this was really the case. They told us that this was definitely not the case and whether we could send pictures of the hinges for review. After seeing the photos, we received a set of new gaskets. There were no costs involved and not even postage. After we expressed our concern because the door has already sunk to the floor 3 times in the past 3 years and the installer of a contractor did not get it properly installed, Van Rijn Products sent a technician to install the shower door according to the instructions. to hang. The door has still not sagged and is hanging neatly. CHAPEAU! You deserve a warm shower and a big compliment.

We have purchased a glass shower door from Van Rijn Products at Sanidump. When placing the door, Van Rijn drilled through a central heating pipe. I later understood that Van Rijn believes that the customer is responsible for any pipes in the wall so the tools were packed and they left us with the damage. We later held Van Rijn liable for the costs, but this was rejected by them. Then Van Rijn did not respond to anything anymore. For the sake of clarity, Van Rijn had a pipe indicator with him but did not use this meter! So if you want to do business with Van Rijn Products you are warned.
