What a pleasant experience, just walked into Rubia patisserie in between meetings. Nice to see that there are ROC interns at work in this heavy corona period. But especially how delicious is the smoked mandarin with a capu "to go" !! This really made my work day a small celebration. Thank you, also for the pleasant chat and enthusiasm. The city center in Deventer should be happy that you are open and hopefully stay!

Finally we now also have a pastry shop near Apeldoorn! A pastry shop is an art gallery with edible delicacies. When you enter the store you will see beautiful, edible and very tasty pastries, chocolates and the like. In the south of the country, the pastry chef is very normal in the street scene, while we have to make do with the pastry chef (which of course is nothing wrong with that) I especially like that every item you eat also looks very attractive and you can give your visit something beautiful and tasty with coffee or tea. The quality of Rubia is -as you would expect from a pastry chef- of a high level. The chocolates and macarons I bought tasted like more and they will certainly greet me more often. I hope they also open a shop in Apeldoorn soon, because I think there is certainly a market for a pastry shop there too!

A TREATMENT OF THE TASTE A firmly moving lady drew attention. It turned out that Rubia's young, energetic pastry chef refined with the Golden Guard. We took a strawberry creation for coffee and added a macarone. The Gouden Garde was bursting with this traditional delicacy: a delight to your taste. Just awesome. The taste sensation is for everyone. The patisserie itself exudes class and tranquility. In addition, you get a glimpse into the kitchen of true craft.
