Last week we were able to move into our new apartment. Sale of the previous house was necessary to finance the purchase and we wanted a suitable mortgage for a longer period in view of current interest rates. Michel van Malkenhorst has listed the options for us in several conversations. The final offer was exactly as proposed by him and appropriate to our situation. In the meantime, Michel guided our son to transfer his mortgage, also to great satisfaction. In the meantime we have pointed other people to the mortgage shop.

The adviser has guided us clearly and quickly through the mortgage application process. He responds quickly to questions (even in the evenings and during the weekend) and knows how to explain the sometimes tough material well for a layman. We feel that we have received sound substantiated and reliable advice.
