I have recently become an employee here, and can only name positive qualities. Before your extensive training period of 12 hours starts, you are required to know the telemarketing legislation. After that, the intensive training period started, during which we became acquainted with how the customer should be approached in a respectful manner. The guidance is very personal and your personality is taken into account and you are also well helped with regard to your initial weaknesses. As soon as you indicate that you are prepared for the actual calling, this will start. When approaching customers, trainers are constantly on hand to ensure that customers are dealt with correctly, and that questions from the relevant customers can also be answered. While calling, the wishes of the customer are well taken into account, as well as that they are treated fairly so that it is certain that they are very satisfied with the product that is offered to them for a long time. I look forward to my further time at this company and can recommend this to anyone looking for a job in which personal guidance and development are paramount.

I have been working for this company for a long time. Despite my different expertise, I chose to linger here, for a reason. A very collegial, friendly and pleasant working atmosphere, a lot of attention for new staff, a good system and I have been able to help many customers with a nice saving. If you are still looking for a (side) job, do not hesitate to throw a ball. Just be careful not to sit next to me. Then you can get me (free) coffee every half hour;)

I have been employed for almost 3 years now, from the first moment I have been well guided and I have a good relationship with my employer & the rest of the management! Since I started working here I have been able to make great strides in personal development & I have had the opportunity to grow in the company! A lot of effort is put into training new employees & permanent employees are well rewarded! In addition, there is a good atmosphere in the workplace & a lot of effort is put into keeping it that way! Fun staff parties & often promotions to keep everyone motivated! I can't say anything else if that's a must!

I go to work with a smile and come back with a smile! First of all, my compliments to the trainers within the company who excellently train all employees to become a tight salesperson! The things I have learned in a month will be on for the rest of my life. The atmosphere would never be lacking as this is what they are certainly in for. I have had many different employment opportunities but I think the RBA (wbc) will get the gold medal from me!

I have been working at RBA savings for almost 2 years now and really enjoy my work! This is due to a very diverse team where everyone gets equal opportunities and there is always time for a pleasant conversation. The best thing about the work itself is that we really help our customers because our service is free and independent. I live outside of Deventer myself, but I even have 1.5 hours of travel time per day for such a fun, fun and vital team.
