Their prices are falsely advertised on their website. As soon as you contact them, they come with different prices. Avoid these people.

Very good service! The cars were in good condition, hiring was pretty easy.

When returning the bus, the price was higher than previously stated. When I asked about this I was snubbed by the very unfriendly staff. The bus was filled with diesel 300 meters in front of the rental company. At the company, € 5 suddenly went in, and the reason they gave was that the pump was adjusted differently. That is nice and easy money! There was a list with all the buses that had been returned and I was the one with the lowest amount on that list, while the price for a liter was a lot higher than with a normal pump. Ridiculous and again very unfriendly spoken to by the 2 staff members, to which the woman in particular responded very curt and unprofessional. Since I had no choice because otherwise I would not get my reservation refunded, I reluctantly paid. The reservation has been canceled, but now 2 weeks later I still have not received this amount back from sloothaak. I have been in contact with the company and, again very curt and unfriendly, they referred me to my own bank. However, the company, sloothaak, must refund this reservation and that the bank is separate from this, only after 20 days. I will definitely not come back here, lousy service, unfriendly staff and buses covered in dents and scratches!

Clean and pleasant box truck, however, a sad handling of matters, after I have neatly parked the box truck the night before in the parking space designated by them, I could have put the key in the safe the night before, but because I still before 8: 00 'in the morning' wanted to hand over the key, I thought that would not be a problem, after all you could have returned the car before 8:00. Treated unworthy and almost aggressively as key not in safe, unworthy of this Sloothaak, had better experience in past. My advice: 1) never react as the lessor primarily if the tenant believes that he has interpreted this action differently (after all, no intention) 2) Better inform that, if you want to park the car the night before "... must ... you put the keys in the safe instead of .. you can .. you put the keys in the safe.
