Unfortunately not open for problem, steal Gasoline from your creditcard even though your tank is completely full. Never rent there again. And will warn everybody for these kind of action to steal from tourists.

Pick up and drop service is very prompt. Only issue is the fleet, very very limited availability. But compared to the monetary part, it is a good to go. I would definitely recommend it if the car is pre-booked.

Everything is fine for the low price. Transfer to the airport works flawlessly, cars are clean and operational. The personnel is quite friendly and helpful. And most of all, there is no cheating and unfair small print. I was given an upgraded car of a higher segment for the same price. Would take this rent a car once more again in the future.

Quite an affordable car rental. Things that you have to keep in mind are: 1) There is a one-time border crossing fee, amount depends on the counties you're going to visit (Belgium €25, Luxemburg €25, France €50, Germany €50, United Kingdom €100, Czech Republic €150, Poland €150) 2) deposit is about 800€, 3) it's unlikely you will be given the exact car you've booked, they'll provide a similar same size one. Other than that a very lovely service and friendly people.

Unfriendly and highly doubtful business practices - trying to charge money for additional services and hidden fees. Car wasn’t in good conditions and the staff seemed incentivized to overcharge customers. Never again. Station far from airport and the pick up took a long time to arrive
