Very good experience. Got billed by a rental abroad for a damage I didnt even see. Sunny Cars reimbursed me within days. Very responsive at all time. You can book with a peace of mind with these guys!

Very impressed how simple and clear it was to claim a damage after we booked via Sunny Cars with full insurance coverage. Links are easy to find, clear forms and documents to upload and reimbursement within 4 weeks. Very happy with this type of support as we made as well different experience. We made a reservation via Sunny Cars Germany for a rental car in Poland.

I wasn't reimbursed for the car I did not take. Very poor quality of management. I seriously advise not to rent from sunnycars. Their colleague told me that I will be refunded when I send them the mail but the customer care is denying the fact.

NEED SAY NO MORE.....................stop looking for another car hire provider. With Sunny Cars you have found the BEST place to hire a car. More than 10 years the No. 1 This is starting to look like a commercial............. No kidding. I have never experienced a problem over the last eeeeuuuhhh.....10 years when hiring a car with them. 100% insurance coverage. That’s my scope. Absolutely no problems. That drives very comforting. Where ever I go on a holiday, I will always hire a car with SUNNY CARS. Just THAT.

I can highly recommend this company. Cheap cars at disposal and professional service. I have rented cars from them many times in the span of ten years. A few times I had to call in the emergency line (e.g. had booked a car for the wrong date) and they resolved all issues for me as painlessly as possible. Congrats to the polite support team!
