Broekhuis Autoverhuur Haarlem

Almost always something goes wrong at Broekhuis / Martin Schilder in Haarlem. Appointments are not properly fulfilled and repairs / maintenance not fully performed. Last year something went wrong at 5 of my 7 visits. 2 of these agreements were even opposed because from the garage the appointment was not recorded (1x) or was noted on a wrong date (1x). And the most annoying thing is that there is rarely communication or feedback. Because of this I have been in trouble several times with my work (driving instruction) because I am very dependent on my car. At the last appointment, they did it both to lose lesson mirrors on the outside. Furthermore, this time not all agreements have been fulfilled, this has not been communicated and the administration has been kept incorrectly. I'm starting to get pretty fed up !!

Good and fast service, both the garage and the rental car. Friendly reception. Always parking.

Know few organizations with such poor service and lack of cooperation. Would rent a car somewhere else.
