The place is easy to find and reach. Everyone who is working there are nice and friendly. The renting experience is smooth, I got all required papers, there were no questions to me. Sometimes it's possible to get free class upgrade.

I was very happy with the service. There was no queue and the process was quick, both when I rented the car and when I returned it . The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful.

In the beginning all was great - almost new car (less then 7000 km) and good service. 400 euros was locked at my credit card with lower risk and renting for 3 days (rental price was near 145 euros with free 450 km). But we get into road accident NOT because of our fault and here the troubles started - I was charged additional 200 euros for damaged rear-bumper and 200 euros for damaged front-bumper. In total I was charged for 800 euros, my rental price was 194,69 with extra kilometers, so I waiting for near 600 euros refund until insurance company will process the accident. Probably other rental companies have similar terms, I didn't checked yet, but for me it was bad experience, also it strange for me that road accident report form was in Dutch not in English (other participant of accident helped me to fill in the form)
