One day I was almost shown the door because I had forgotten a mouth mask because of my move. Despite a reservation and despite the employee's mouth mask and plastic screen.
In the end it helped me.
When returning the car, however, I saw another employee walking around without a mask. Which that same man said nothing about at the time.
I'm not going back to it.
Easy to rent. Good face masks policy. Ideal cars at a great price
Weird point with little parking space. Bit messy inside and out. Not very friendly either
Arrived fifteen minutes before the agreed time (4:00 pm, weekend rate starts) and got the bus within a few minutes without any problems. Just have a copy of driver's license and postal item, check around the bus and go.
Returning outside opening hours is also very easy. Refuel, leave receipt in the bus and throw the key in the safe. The deposit will be returned within 3 days (with the appropriate deduction of extra kilometers).
Great service, great bus, good price.
Already approached in an unfriendly manner by the staff on entering keeping the 1.5 meters away. Understandable that people are made aware of this, but this could be a bit more friendly. Unfortunately, while checking the reservation, it turned out that the required mail item had remained at home, which is of course not very convenient. This was told to us in a nasty pedantic way. Outside immediately canceled the reservation and then rent a bus from Europcar. Luckily we were treated kindly and helped well. It is a pity that Bo-Rent deals with their customers in this way. At least they don't see me again.
