Ordered a taxi for 8 people last Sunday afternoon. Well on time. I ask the driver how things are going for the evening. "Madam, if you call half an hour in advance, it's no problem. But nothing is impossible. I find this very bad.

Called during the week during the day and a taxi talk for Saturday night at 1.30 am. there were tcr vans on the spot at 1.30 am which did not come for us. Chauffeur still called but our reservation was not in system. I got another call around a quarter to two and a taxi would be sent. At 5 for 2 but in the taxi of a competitor stepped. It was cold and it was raining and more and more people wanted a taxi About the drivers of the tcr in the night ..... you did your best !! To the lady of TCR and the reservation system: sloppy !!! .... from now on we call another central
