I was helped immediately, the staff was very friendly and gave a clear explanation about the use of the machine. The staff also helped with lifting to the car. About the pick up I am less enthusiastic because the man who came to pick up the machines let me do all the work and let me run twice while he himself could lift a machine while he walked ... (I had rented 2 big vacuum cleaners)

Saturday morning, May 27. I was there at 8.15. To rent a hedge trimmer. In front of me was a row of 8 people, all of whom wanted to rent a van or car. There was only one very hard-working employee. He had to do everything alone, including checking the vehicles and getting them ready. Therefore I did not complain to him when it was my turn 1 hour and 20 minutes (yes). On Monday morning a complaint was made to the duty manager. He was clearly frustrated by all the experience from the "headquarters" regarding personnel, pay, etc. Never go to this company again.
