Very bad experience with this Q park. After payment via cinema promotion, we were unable to exit. We contacted without getting a response and ended up chasing someone out. I really wanted to go home because of a full bladder and pregnancy, and after almost half an hour of fruitless searching for solutions, we were also done with it. Now we also receive a fine of € 309 from the lawyers of Q-park. We provided the receipt and explained the situation, and despite everything there was still no understanding. We were told not to discuss further or we could go to court. Now, of course, we understand that there are rules, but if there is still no understanding in such a situation - in which, in my opinion, mistakes have been made by Q-park - then this disappoints me very much. We are not going to court because we think that is too high a step for 'train ride', but are disappointed by the poor service and no understanding of the situation, and will therefore no longer use Q-park facilities in the future. They lost a customer.

It's a nice garage close to the city. Absolutely true. But if you go to pick up a package at a PostNL point and you are back within 3 minutes, then you still have to tick off those € 1 parking costs ... Where has the time gone when you did not have to pay anything if you were out within 5 or 10 minutes? Not neat, dishonest and a terrible cash cow ... Anyway, I don't come here for a short visit anymore!
